The 2020 Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens is situated on three acres of landscaped property in one of Chicago's most prestigious suburbs. Â
"Designed in 1908 by Frost and Grainger, the property includes a large house and a smaller adjoining house. In 1928, the William A. P. Pullmans purchased purchased the property and engaged architect Stanley Anderson to make extensive changes. The 23-room, 11,000 square foot house has a timeless elegance including a large living room, sun room and parlor, and a fireplace warmed family room.  The master suite has two dressing rooms, a bath, a sitting room, and the bedroom, which as a fireplace and a balcony overlooking magnificent gardens."

The Junior League of Detroit has found a real gem for their 2020 Designers’ Show House at the historic Bingley Fales House, in the historic Detroit neighborhood of Indian Village.
"At 16,000 square feet, the Bingley Fales House is the largest residence in the historic Indian Village neighborhood of Detroit, boasting 10 bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half baths. The Georgian-style mansion is set on two acres of land, which include formal flower gardens, hardscape pathways, a trellis covered lanai, a fountain, and a Pewabic tile-lined reflecting pool."

The 2020 Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Designer Showhouse takes a modern turn in Buckhead.
"In partnership with Harrison Design Associates, Robert Tretsch III has created an architectural masterpiece inspired by a 1945 Atlanta Youth Symphony performance. David Adams of ADCO Construction, the official Showhouse builder, will bring this contemporary design to one of Buckhead's most distinguished neighborhoods."
